Why we like Wolf Tools
As keen gardeners ourselves we’v been fans of Wolf Tools for a long time. This is mainly because we like the idea that you can swop heads and handles to produce an infinite range of tools for gardeners of different sizes plus the heads are both innovativeand strongly made and will really suit you if you’re a no dig fan. In fact since we’ve had a commercial market garden we use them in the nursery ourselves. We can’t recommend them more than that.
How we do business – the large print
We already run a sizeable on line business (plants4presents.co.uk) which ships nearly three thousand plants a year. So we know all about customer service and picking couriers who are reliable. We will normally turn round your order within 24 hours (we’ll email you if we can’t) and ship by first class post or courier if the value is over £30. The prices quoted are before VAT and shipping . We charge you a flat rate of £4 if the item weighs less than 1 kg and £7 if its more. If you have any problems at all you can ring 0845 094 0407 – this is a local rate call from landlines. We are here from 8am – 6pm on weekdays and it will be one of us that answers the phone – not a call centre.
Most importantly the e-commerce part of this site runs via Google Checkout so you can buy with complete confidence.
